Services included with the table top
- An exhibition space (approximately 2m x 2m) on which you can install your products and communication tools: umbrella stand, roll-up, display stand, etc. (max height 2m)
- Basic equipment including: a 180 x 80 cm table, 2 chairs and 1 socket (1kw), the loan of a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, sugar, cups...
- Coffee and meal breaks indicated in the program
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- A badge that gives you free access to the entire technical and scientific program
- The list of participants in the event
- The possibility of registering an additional person at the preferential rate: €930 excluding VAT (+ membership fees to be expected)

For deliveries, your packages must be identified with the labels in the technical file (to download below):
- Name of your company
- Name of the stand manager present on site
- A3P Event Name

A storage area will be available for exhibitors throughout the event. Storage behind the booths is prohibited.
For the return of equipment, all packages must be repackaged on site. It is essential that your packages are easily identifiable by the carrier. A label is available in the technical file (download below).
Please provide at least the following information:
- Name and address of your company
- Contact details of the person contact person for your company
- A3P Event Name
Packages not collected during the hours specified below will be subject to storage fees (€100 excluding VAT/m3 per day) after 2 days the packages are thrown away or destroyed.
A3P and the event venue decline all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to packages during transport. It is your company's responsibility to take out insurance covering the shipped equipment, if necessary.
Furthermore, if the packages are not collected on the scheduled days and times, neither the organizer nor the event venue can be held responsible for the material left by the exhibitor, nor for its reshipment.
